Onsite training is a minimum of five days with an option to add days. Below is a sample of a typical training schedule. The schedule is organic and changes per dealership. The idea is that all users have an understanding of e-manageONE and know how to do basic functions such as search, add a new customer, start a project and move around the program. This way we can focus on daily processes and spend the majority of the time working with individuals and teams to do their day to day work.

You will be participating in the 70-20-10 model of learning and development.  Roughly 10% of your time learning e-Manage One will be formal classroom style learning.   Roughly 20% of your time will be spent teaching and learning from your co-workers.   Roughly 70% of your time will be spent experiencing and using the software on your own.  That means getting into working in the system is the best and fastest way to be successful.
