You can print an Acknowledgement for your customer in the Order Entry module when a customer may request an Acknowledgement of their order by following the instructions below:

  1. Highlight the applicable order by clicking on the row header (# column on line)

  2. Click the “Print Ack” button

3. You can now Save to e-manageONE, email to client and more using the top toolbar in this view
