If you are using QB Payroll you will need to be sure the employees are entered in the Employee Manager and complete the following:

Send e-manageONE manage|ONE Employee to QuickBooks

Open the e-manageONE  QuickBooks Integration form the e-manageONE Main Tool Menu and click Payroll / send e-manage Employees to QuickBooks. Select the employee and click from the Finance tab and click Employee Timesheets > Highlight employee name > Send to QuickBooks.
