Quick Note: The current QuickBooks Online integration has limited timesheet functionality and does not support sales commission transfers or credit card charges data certain limitations due to QuickBooks Online's own limitations. We're actively seeking improvements and appreciate your understandingconstraints. It is VERY very important that you do your due diligence to ensure QuickBooks Online has supports all the features you need and use in QuickBooks desktop as we are aware there are some missing features on their end. The one feature we are aware of that QuickBooks Online lacks vs. Desktop is early pay discounts for Vendor Bills. We are aware of the following limitations compared to QuickBooks Desktop:

  • Timesheet Functionality: Limited functionality is available.

  • Sales Commission and Payroll Transfers: These are not supported.

  • Early Pay for Vendor Bills: Some customers have reported limitations in handling early payment discounts for vendor bills.

  • Credit Card Charges Data: Currently not supported, but we are actively working on potential future support for this feature.

We recommend that you thoroughly assess whether QuickBooks Online will work for your needs, as there may be other missing features specific to your business requirements.
