You can complete a Project within the Project window in the upper Actions toolbar or right click within any grid to access the shortcut menu to select Actions > Complete this Project.

Typically a Project is marked as complete after the Project is 100% completed which is usually at the time of scheduling commissions. Typically paying commissions is the final step of a project as you have had time to work through all necessary punch list items, pay all vendor bills and collect all receivables. This step of course can be modified dealer to dealer as necessary but is our standard recommendation.
