In the top toolbar you will find a menu named “Reports” in which you will find several canned reports such as a Booking, Sales, Backlog report and more! You can use the top document actions toolbar within each report to Save, Email, Export and other actions necessary. If you prefer a Grid Listing where you can manipulate the data and create custom Grid Layouts you can access a Booking Report from the Analysis menu (see additional information here).

Booking Report
This report is to view historical booking reports based on the Book Date. This report will give you some graphical results and text data to include Book Date, Sell, Cost, Profit and more. The report will be broken down by salesperson with Grand Totals at the bottom.

Sales Report
This report is based on the Invoice Date and will give you results broken down my Manufacturer. Results will show Sale, Cost, Profit and Margin per Vendor with Grand Totals at the bottom.

Backlog Report
This report should align with your Current Backlog but gives you a more printable style document with graphical results and text results broken down by Salesperson with Grand Totals at the bottom. Your backlog is everything that has been booked but not yet fully invoiced to the client so essentially what income to be expected.

Aging / Invoicing Report
You can choose if you want to see only Open Invoices or if you’d like to see historical data you can unselect “Only Show Open Invoices” and select the dates you wish. You also have the option to see Service Ticket Invoices and/or Service Agreement Invoices.

Keep in mind you have other Open Invoice reports that are more interactive and can be printed per customer in the “View” menu on the top toolbar such as the Aging Window and Collections Window. Otherwise this is a great report that will show you ALL open receivables.

Commission Payables Report
This report is based off the Pay Date of the Commissions scheduled. This report is used to analyze commissions and can be used to produce commissions outside of e-manage if you are not taking advantage of pushing commissions to Quickbooks.

Vendor Projections Report
This report will give you data to predict Vendor sales which is based off of open/valid quotes that have not yet been ordered. It will be broken down by Vendor and will show you critical dates and estimated costs (net).

Sales Tax Report
This is the report you will use to calculate and report your Sales Tax. You can choose to run based off of Invoice Date or Payment Received Date.

Select the date range, choose the additional options if necessary and select Run. This detailed report will show you all the information you need broken down by State, City, County and if you selected invoice details and account breakdown you will see all of this info (example shown below).

Profit Report
If you have properly completed the order you will see ALL completed orders in this report. See here for additional details on Completing Orders. Of course you have a Final Profit per project but this report will show all based on Completion Date to better analyze the company as a whole. It will be broken down by Salesperson with Grand Totals on the bottom.
