Typically at the time of initial Implementation you will receive a Zip file with the Profile Key embedded within. If you need to manually enter your profile key please follow the steps below:
Step #1
After installing e-manage, double click on the icon. The sign in window will open. You MUST hit the "Profiles" button before putting your cursor in any of the other fields. Select New, enter the info provided to you in the window below and click on Save and Close. If you have Laptop users or users that will be logging into e-manage in the office and remote or from outside the office you can create and save multiple profiles if they have different IP addresses. If you put your cursor in the "Username" / "Password" / or "Profiles" field before clicking the "Profiles" button you will have to force close the program from your task manager and start Step #1 over. |

Select New, enter the name of your office in the Name field and the Profile Key provided to you by e-manage into the Key field. Click Save and Close. If you are not on our Cloud version of e-manage, you were provided two seperate profile keys and will need to enter both individually. In the Login Window, Enter your user name & password. Select the profile in the dropdown and click on LoginLog In.
