Key Features:

  • View Active Users: The "Enabled: Checked" section is where you can find all active users. These are the team members currently able to access and use the e-manage|ONE application, contributing to your organization's daily operations.

  • Manage Disabled Users: In the "Enabled: Unchecked" section, you'll find users who have been disabled. This area is crucial for reviewing which users are temporarily or permanently restricted from accessing the application.

  • User Types and Permissions: Users are categorized into sub-groups based on their roles and access levels. For example, "User Type: User" represents full desktop users, while "User Type: Installer" indicates users with access limited to the mobile Crew app. Understanding these distinctions is key to assigning the correct permissions and ensuring that users have the tools they need.

  • Editing User Details: By double-clicking on a user or selecting "Open" from the top toolbar, you can access and edit a user's details. This functionality allows for quick updates to user information and permissions, ensuring that your user base remains up-to-date with the latest changes in roles and responsibilities.

  • In-Grid Adjustments: For minor modifications, some user details can be directly edited within the grid, offering a quick and efficient way to make changes without diving into individual user profiles.
