View Settings 

 

In the upper right corner of the Implementation Calendar you will find several icons options that you can adjust to see the following views:

    1. Day Planner View 

    2. Work Week View 

    3. Week View 

    4. Month View (Most Preferred View) 

    5. Map View 

    6. Timeline View 

     

    You can also select how many weeks you'd like to view in the #4 Month View by selecting the "Options" menu on the upper left toolbar in the Implementation Calendar. We suggest a 2-Week Month View so you can very easily see your stacked Implementation Items 2-Weeks at a time. The more weeks you decide to expose the less Implementation Items you can see at one time on any given day.

    Other Menu Items  

    In the middle section of the upper toolbar you will find some additional icons options as follows: 

     

    ...

    1. Duplicate Implementation Item 

      1. Highlight the item on the calendar and select this icon option to duplicate to the next consecutive day. You can always grab the item and drag & drop to another day after duplicating. 

    2. Work Order Settings 

      1. This is where you can tell e-manage what you want to print on a work order. Typically we see everything checked off here with the exception of "Scope of Work" due to the Scope of Work being everchangingever changing. We typically implement the Project Manager/Sale Rep/Support adding a "Work Order Note" so all the history is captured and cannot be deleted.

      1. Highlight the day you wish to print a Pick List for and select this icon to print a pull list for your warehouse crew typically the day before the installs to prepare ahead of time. 

    5. Refresh 

      1. If you have multiple schedulers it is a best practice to hit this icon several times throughout the day to ensure you are always looking at the most current data

     

      1. . Also used to refresh any dates in the past that you would like to view by clicking on the day you would like to see and hitting this button.

    Filters / Other Options   

     

    In the upper left section of the top toolbar you will find some miscellaneous filters you can apply to help drill down to specific items and other menu items as explained below: 

     

       

    1. File 

      1. Schedule New Implementation Item: This is the same as dragging and dropping an item onto the calendar with the exception that now you have to drag and drop the project into the Implementation Item window. 

      2. New Pending Project Implementation Item: This allows you to do some soft scheduling without knowing the project information/job number. This only shows on the persons calendar of whom added it.  

      3. Delete Selected Appointments: You can highlight and use this menu item OR just highlight and use your "Delete" key on your keyboard. 

      4. Exporting / Printing: We are currently working on a better format to export and/or print. 

    2. Criteria 

      1. This is where you can drill down to specific types. Use the checkboxes then select the "Refresh" icon on the upper right menu icons. 

    3. Salespeople 

      1. You can also filter down to specific salespeople by using the checkboxes and refresh icon. 

    4. Crew 

      1. You can filter down to specific crew members and use the refresh icon to see where a specific installer is. 

    5. Subs 

      1. You can filter down to specific subcontractor groups and use the refresh icon. 

    6. Modify 

      1. Modify items such as the division or colors at a global level here. 

    7. Options
