Every user should have the capability to view the Implementation Calendar from the Top Tool Menu. Only those users who have the rights to edit the calendar can add, modify and/or remove items from the Implementation Calendar.
All Orders that have been booked needing to be scheduled will show up on the lower portion of the Implementation Calendar until it has either been dropped onto the calendar at least once or it is marked as no longer needing to be scheduled.
It is VERY important to keep this updated as this will act as your schedulers projections report on what is in the funnel to be scheduled.
