Service Calendar
Every user should have the capability to view the Service Calendar from the Main Tool Menu. Only those users who have the rights to edit the calendar can add, modify and/or remove items from the Service Calendar.
All service tickets that have been marked as "Requires Implementation" will show up on the lower portion of the Service Calendar until it has either been dropped onto the calendar at least once or it is marked as no longer needing to be scheduled.
It is VERY important to keep this updated as this will act as your schedulers projections report on what is in the funnel to be scheduled.
