Access the Prospecting Tool:
On the left-side toolbar, click "New" and select "Prospect" to open the Prospecting pop-out panel.

Search for the Company:
In the "Search For" field, enter the name of the company you are looking for

Click "Get Results" to initiate the search.

When Nothing Appears in the Prospecting Tool:
If, for any reason, nothing appears in the Prospecting Tool or if you prefer to add the company manually, follow these steps:
Go to "New" and select "Company."
Continue with Step 2 in the next section.

If your customers have distinct Bill To and Install Location addresses, you must create separate company locations for each. In essence, a unique company record should be established for each different address. In the next step, we will guide you on how to link these two locations together for a seamless workflow. |
