Some zip codes may correspond to multiple cities, a drop-down menu will appear, allowing you to select the specific city associated with your company's location.
If the suggested city does not match the desired location, you can manually add it to the zip code database. Simply enter the correct city name after inputting the zip code and press TAB to exit the City Text Box. This action triggers an Add Zip Code window, where you can provide the necessary information for e-manage to save the new zip code.

Adding International or Unrecognized Zip Codes
If e-manage|ONE does not recognize the zip code you're entering (e.g., international locations), you can manually create a new zip code entry. Follow these steps:
Enter the Zip Code
In the New Company window or the Quick Company, Contact & Lead form, type in the zip code and press TAB on your keyboard.
If the system does not recognize the zip code, it will display a prompt asking if you want to create a new zip code. Click Yes to open the Add New Zip Code window.
Complete the New Zip Code Details
In the Add New Zip Code window, fill out the following fields:
Zip Code
City
County (use N/A if not applicable)
State (must be 2 characters)
Country (free-form entry allowed)
Area Code (use N/A if not applicable)
Note: The Sales Territory field is optional.
