A Day Planner in e-manage is basically your homepage of items that you want to be at the forefront for daily reminders of what is going on in the business. Day Planners can be set per profile so that Users are looking at information that is relevant to them specifically. See here for a suggested list of Day Planners per profile type. See below for instructions on how to add Day Planners to User Profiles.

  1. Select Tools > Configure > Day Planner Items

  2. Highlight the Profile you wish to add a Day Planner to (take note when you select a Profile you can see the Users assigned to the right of the profile list). If you wish to make an adjustment to a User Profile see here.

  3. Check the Day Planner items you wish to add to the selected Profile
