The following sections will guide you through the setup of Haworth Web Services and how to use the quote, order, acknowledgement and invoice tools. To activate Haworth Web Services within e-manageONE you will need to complete the following:
You must enter your Haworth Dealer # and Dealer Name in the Administrator > Tools > Corporate Division Configuration
Note: Your dealer # should not begin with 0
You must also enter each users Lynx credentials in the Administrator > Tools > Corporate Division Configuration > Division Access Control (tab). This will give access to the Quote/Pricing Tool within e-manageONE.
