Getting  the pricing into e-manage is one of the most important parts of the business process because once the pricing is in than all the processes from there are basically clicks. 

e-manage imports sif & xml files and can copy and paste from an excel document. There are a few things to consider when designing to help save time when importing into e-manage to create a quote. 

File Names

Including the e-manage project number is very helpful. 

Tags

Tagging in our design software (Project Matrix, CAP, Canvas, etc…)  will carry over into e-manage which will also carry over to Purchase Orders. 

Haworth Dealers Only: Tag 2 is the Packaging Tag which will carry over to e-manage and to Lynx Order Entry. 

Pricing Types (Haworth)

Use the settings for Start it Up in Canvas & Project Matrix. This will set manufacturers code for the SPA code.
