Overview Part 1 / Introduction
Trainer Introduction - Name and Background
e-manage was conceived of and development started in 1999 and Marketplace Software, LLC was formed in November of 2000.Â
e-manage is not custom software but is off the shelf software.
e-manage One is a complete Business Management Software System built on the latest Microsoft Windows and Web Technologies. Because e-manage is one software to run your entire business, there are no integration issues with other software (we do integrate with QuickBooks for accounting purposes with truly seamless data exchange).
Every process of e-manage leads to the next process using the data from the previous process to eliminate double entry between programs). Users can easily transform data into any form and export it to Excel, Word or any other windows compliant application.Â
There are over a 1000 windows in e-manage but it is designed with a user friendly interface with a Microsoft feel.Â
You and your company will benefit in many ways by using e-manage in every part of your company. Everything you do is designed to make the next step easier, more accurate and much more efficient.Â
As an individual you may feel that something might not be very important but has a tremendous impact on the your company in another way which makes it all worthwhile and necessary. Unlike any other software you have used or been exposed to, e-manage encompasses your entire business so it is extremely important to keep the entire business in mind. What you might think is good for you is not necessarily best for the Company and the processes that follow.Â
If you are part of multiple training sessions (which we encourage) you will notice some redundancy in what we go over. This is on purpose because we feel the more people are familiar with the different features / modules of e-manage the better and the more understanding with why it is part of e-manage and the effect it has on your coworkers.
