Main Tool Menu

The Main Tool Menu is a list of the most used windows and the consolidation of misc. e-manage applications such as a calculator, the e-manage administrator and QuickBooks.

File

File is a menu of e-manage application specific tools and settings.

View

View is a menu to modules in e-manage that are not specific to any top level record.

Search

Search is a list links to windows for specific searches of historical information such as Purchase Orders

Tools

Tools is a menu that allows you to navigate to different configurators and functions in e-manage

Batch Entry

Batch Entry will allow you to enter items in Batch such as multiple payables and customer payments.

Documents

Documents menu is for use with e-manage document management and includes document setting, document searches and Review of Retention documents.  It will also take you to My Company Documents which is basically a file server build within e-manage so you have access to all your company documents anywhere in the world as long as you have internet access.

Human Resources

HR menu includes everything to do with company employees such as the employee manager, time clock, payroll reports,  employee reviews and more.

Inventory

Inventory menu is to manage warehouses and inventory.

Reports

Reports menu consists of predefined reports for printing.

Analysis

Analysis menu consists of some predefines database queries and custom query which allow you to analyze your entire business, employees and processes. 

Options

Options menu is a list of e-manage application options such as Calendar Filters and Company Logo Settings.

Window

Windows menu is a list of open e-manage windows.

Help

The Help menu includes the e-manage release notes for updates,  send a Help Request to support and other help tools.
