Prospecting
Prospecting is used to find specific companies by name that you want to ship to, install to, bill to, or buy from or to pull lists of companies by their category to use as a prospecting call sheet. Either way you use it, it is designed to make the entering of new company locations into the e-manage database easier and more accurate by using data from the Yahoo! Directory entered by the company themselves to fill out your information. Â

Queries
Queries is a list of saved custom queries for easy and quick access. Once a custom query is created you don’t have to recreate it each time you want to run it. You also have the ability to share custom queries.Â

Groups
Contact Groups are a way for one or more users to keep contacts organized in ways that make sense to them. Â
A good example of a contact group use would be for your Christmas Card List. Making a public Christmas Card List will allow all of your users choose from contacts in the database that they want to get a card for Christmas.Â

Users
Users is a list of e-manage users. You can see who is logged in and send messages via a e-manage note or email. If you have the rights to log users out you can also do that from here.
