In Sales Training it is important we hit home with the items reviewed in Overview Part 1 and Overview Part 2.

Sales is typically responsible for the initial creation of the record(s) to include the Company, Contact and Project.

In addition to the items reviewed in Overview Part 1 & 2 we will also review Quote Creation, Managing Opportunities and Lead Records as stated in the following sections.

The most important part of Sales training is getting behind the computer and just doing it!
