This action is one that is not in the top toolbar with other Actions because as you can see below we grouped Project Contact Actions together in the lower left corner of the Project Information module.
Notice when you select Add Quick Contact if you have any contacts previously added for the End User Location those will populate in the lower section of the Add Quick Contact window. You can simply highlight the contact then “drag & drop” into the Contacts section of the Project Info.
If the contact is not already existing you can begin typing the Contact Information directly in this window and select Save. Take notice as you switch from the Last Name field to the other Contact fields, like names begin to populate in the lower section of the Add Quick Contact window to ensure you are not creating duplicates. A contact only needs to be entered once into the system and can be used throughout multiple projects as necessary.
