To activate web services for Teknion you need to setup your Pricing Contracts by going to Tools > Configure Vendor Web Settings and following the below steps:
Select "Teknion" in the "Vendor" field, type your company name in the "Name" field, type your Dealer # in the "Code" field and select "Save".
Highlight "Accounts", select "New", place your Dealer Name in the "Name" field, your Dealer # in "Code" and select "Save".
Now you will set up all of your contracts by highlighting "Contract Types", selecting "New", type the Contract Name in the "Name" field, type the SQ # in the "Code" field, set the "Expiration Date" and select Save (continue to repeat this step for all other pricing contracts).
Highlight "Bill Types", type in "Dealer" in the "Name" field, type in your Dealer # in the "Code" field and select "Save".
"Dealer Order Contacts" populate by opening the contact record within e-manage and selecting "Add to List of OFDA Delivery Contacts" and "Save".
