The Day Planner feature allows you and your team to have important information readily available. The items can include, but are not limited to:

  • List of projects booked for the week

  • Projects lost for the week

  • Variance between purchase orders and acknowledgements

  • Sales year-to-date by salesperson and/or market

  • Open punch lists/corrective actions

  • Projects installed but not yet invoiced

  • Products shipped today

  • Close ratio by salesperson or customer

  • Projects created for the week

  • Quotes expiring for the week

Below are examples of Day Planner Items and who they should be assigned to:

Admin:

  • Order sales year-to-date by salesperson

  • Order bookings year-to-date by salesperson

  • Opportunities lost last week

  • Projects created for the week

  • Orders booked for the week

  • Punch list items

  • Vendor balances

  • Top 10 vendors by net year-to-date

Sales:

  • Expected completion date for the week

  • Next touch date for today

  • Expiring quotes

  • Punch list items

  • Jobs installing for the week

Accounting:

  • Installations completed without invoice

  • Vendor balances

  • Orders in backlog over 90 days

  • Punch list items

Operations:

  • Punch list items

  • Expected completion for the week

  • Jobs installing for the week

  • No labels
