Punch Lists

New Punch List

  • Create a new punch list, complete all fields and click ‘Done’. Marks job as Punch List / Hot Jobs and submits a Punch List Action Item.

Upload Project Documents

  • Upload pictures or files to Project Documents using the following methods.

    • Upload from Camera

    • Upload from Gallery

    • Upload from Files

Upload Progress Pictures

  • Upload pictures or files to Project Documents using the following methods.

    • Upload from Camera

    • Upload from Gallery

    • Upload from Files

  • Pictures will automatically upload to the project documents as Document Type “Gallery Image” for printing of the Installation Progress Report. See Progress Pictures section for additional information.

Upload actions will need to allow the App to access your camera and photos when prompted. You can also go to Settings > Select e-manage Mobile app > allow access to your photos and camera.

Punch List Information

  • Select Pencil to edit punch list information

  • Use Star to easily toggle on or off as a favorite record

Per device. It does not save across multiple devices.

  • Select X to return to the Dashboard

  • Add Picture from Camera or Gallery

You will need to allow the App to access your camera and photos when prompted. You can also go to Settings > Select e-manage Mobile app > allow access to your photos and camera.

Punch List Items

  • List of all Punch List items on the specific project

  • Select or hit > to view details

  • Click in checkbox to complete or re-open punch list. This changes the status of the item accordingly.

  • Select the + sign to create a New Punch List, Upload Project Document, or Upload Progress Pictures.

Punch List / Hot Jobs

  • All projects with Punch Lists will be viewable from the Hamburger menu under the Reports heading in the app and the Today tab in the Desktop.
