Navigate to the Inventory menu located on the top toolbar and select “Manage Inventory & Warehouse”.
To adjust the quantities manually, select the Warehouse and then select “View Inventory”.
In the Manage Inventory window > double click on the part/item you need to adjust or highlight then select “Adjust Inventory Level”.
Adjust quantities and any other necessary information such as exact product location then select Add. Use the Lost/Stolen button to account for any missing inventory.
You should now see the Available quantities reflected in the “Manage Inventory” grid.
Note: Other part information such as the item picture can be edited at the Master Part level.
