Open Sales Leads

Use the hamburger menu in the upper left corner to locate your Leads report in the e-manage|ONE Go App. Discover the essential elements of managing open sales leads:

  • Sales Lead Details: Dive into lead-specific information, including crucial details about the lead and associated contacts.

  • Contact Details: Access contact information for seamless communication.

  • Quick Links: Utilize direct links for email, phone calls, text messages, and navigation.

Create a Lead from the Go App

There are two convenient methods for adding a Sales Lead in the e-manageONE Go app: by converting an existing contact or by creating a new one directly within the app. Follow these steps:

Method 1: Creating a Lead from an Existing Contact

  1. Open the app and navigate to the contact you wish to convert into a Lead.

  2. In the lower right corner of the contact page, you'll find a sticky note icon. Tap on it.

  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the Lead creation process.

Method 2: Creating a New Lead on the Fly

  1. Begin by opening the Company record associated with the Lead you want to add.

  2. Look for the '+' icon located in the lower right corner of the screen. Tap it to initiate the Lead creation process.

  3. Follow the same steps mentioned in Method 1 to finalize and save the Lead details.

With these two straightforward methods, you can efficiently create Sales Leads in e-manageONE Go to streamline your sales process.

Lead Actions

Efficiently manage sales lead progression using various actions:

  • Modify Lead Information: The application also now supports the creation and editing of contacts, providing a centralized location for managing customer information. Sales leads can also be easily edited, put on hold, or canceled, giving sales teams greater control and flexibility in their workflow.

  • Cancel Action: Initiate the cancellation of a lead.

    • Reason Requirement: Provide a reason for the cancellation.

  • Put On-Hold Action: Temporarily suspend a lead's progress.

    • Reason Requirement: Specify the reason for putting the lead on hold.

    • Reactivation Date: Set a reactivation date for future follow-up.

By engaging with these features, you'll optimize your sales lead management, ensuring efficient communication and streamlined lead handling through the e-manage|ONE Go App.
