Issue: I cannot see the lower section of the Bill of Materials screen (parts)
When you dock and undock your machine, your display settings might be thrown off a bit and you cannot see the lower section of the Bill of Materials module where yours parts/line items typically show. You also may not see the little arrow at all to enlarge the lower half.
You can simply reset this view by going into your Bill of Materials > Select Tools > Reset Option Grid Height.
