Effortlessly manage and organize punch lists on-the-go using our user-friendly mobile app available for both iOS and Android. Forget about tedious manual data entry and paperwork—simply snap a picture, and watch the punch list generate automatically. To create a new punch list, follow the steps below:

To use this feature in the Mobile or Desktop App, your Administrator must first properly configure specific setup items. See here for more information.

  1. Access the Project or Installation Item: Navigate to the main mobile Dashboard and open the desired Project, or select the Installation Item from the Install Calendar.

  1. Initiate a New Punch List: Locate the '+' icon situated in the lower right corner and choose “New Punch List”.

  1. Complete the Form: Fill in the necessary details and select 'Done'.

  1. Attach Images: Underneath the form, find the option to “Add Picture”.

  • Option to add photos from camera or gallery.

  • When adding photos from gallery, you have the option to upload multiple pictures at once.

  1. Optional: Edit and Enhance: Utilize the pencil icon located in the upper right corner to make any necessary edits to the punch description and add more images if needed.
