This action menu item will put the contact (and company) information into Microsoft Outlook and set a synchronized flag that will alert you to contacts whose information has changed and needs to be re-synchronized with Outlook. This menu item only sends the currently open contact information to Outlook. If you want to send more than one contact, use the Contacts Analysis to pull up a list of contacts and send them to Outlook.
