Active quotes are all quotations that are marked as Valid regardless if they are expired or not. You can access this grid in Today > Active Quotes.
If you are a salesperson, you will only see those quotes where you are the Salesperson on the project. Users who manage salespeople will see all quotes for those that they manage, which is set in the Administrator.
You can update your Valid and Most Likely Quotes directly in this grid. To remove quotes from this grid that are no longer valid, just uncheck the “Valid” box. To mark a quote most likely, just check the “Most Likely” box to make it most likely and alternately, you can uncheck it if it is no longer a quote that your client will be purchasing.
