For Kimball / National you can process Acknowledgements with a couple of clicks by following the instructions below.
From the Batch Entry menu, select Kimball EDI.
Select Get Acknowledgements.
Select Download.
Highlight the Acknowledgements you wish to process and select Process Selected.
