The Bid / Competitor Tracking is a management tool located in the Today menu. This report contains all active bids that have not been awarded for projects that have information entered in the Public Bids / Competitor Tracking module.
To add bid information to a project, while in the project click on Public Bids / Competitor Tracking module and follow the instructions in this section.
To ensure you can view this data, please confirm the following settings are applied:
File -> When Applicable, Show Manage Records
Navigate to the "File" menu and ensure the "When Applicable, Show Manage Records" option is enabled.
Salesperson Management
Confirm you have the necessary permissions to manage the salesperson. Learn more about configuring this setting here in the “Manage” section.
