Bid / Competitor Tracking

The Bid / Competitor Tracking is a management tool located in the Today menu. This report contains all active bids that have not been awarded for projects that have information entered in the Public Bids / Competitor Tracking module.

To add bid information to a project, while in the project click on Public Bids / Competitor Tracking module and follow the instructions in this section.

To ensure you can view this data, please confirm the following settings are applied:

  1. File -> When Applicable, Show Manage Records

    • Navigate to the "File" menu and ensure the "When Applicable, Show Manage Records" option is enabled.

  2. Salesperson Management

    • Confirm you have the necessary permissions to manage the salesperson. Learn more about configuring this setting here in the “Manage” section.
