Projects/Jobs that have been marked as "On Hold". It will remain in this status and report until you have un-marked as On Hold.

If you are a Salesperson, you will only see those projects/jobs that are your own. If you are a user other than a Salesperson, you will see ALL projects/jobs and not just those salespeople that you manage.
