Expired Quotes

Expired quotes are all quotations that are marked as Valid and has an Expires On date of today or any date previous to today’s date. You can access this grid in Today > Expired Quotes.

If you are a salesperson, you will only see those quotes where you are the Salesperson on the project. Users who manage salespeople will see all quotes for those that they manage, which is set in the Administrator. See here for additional details on the “Manager” settings.

You can update your Expired Quotes directly in this grid by changing the Expires On date to a future date. You can also remove quotes that are no longer valid, buy unchecking the “Valid” box.
