The Project Close Ratio by Customer is a management tool located in the Today menu. This report contains information related projects by customer including but not limited to:

  • Projects Created this year / last year

  • Projects completed this year / last year

  • Average GP by customer

  • Booking amount this year

  • Booking amount over all

The tool is intended to separate companies that are ordering a lot and companies that are requesting quotes and not following through with orders. This allows for better prioritization and allocation of resources.
