The Project Close Ratio by Salesperson is a management tool located in the Today menu. This report contains information related projects by salesperson including but not limited to:

  • Projects Created this year / last year

  • Projects completed this year / last year

  • Average GP by salesperson

  • Booking amount this year

  • Booking amount over all

The tool is intended to monitor which salespeople are excelling at converting their leads to orders. This information can be used to reward those who have a good ratio, or provide training to those who have a lower ratio.
