Today - Service Agreement Grids

The Service Agreements Grids in the Today menu are multiple reports to help with the management of all the Service Agreements you have and can offer to your clients. For more information on Service Agreements click here and follow the instructions in this section on how to create a New Service Agreement. You can access these grids in the Today menu.

Service Agreement First Proposals
Report of service agreements proposals where the First Proposal Date is between today and your days in advance setting. For example, if your days in advance is set to 7 (default), it’ll be between today and 7 days from now.

Service Agreements Expiring
Report of active service agreements expiring within a 7 month (default) period. Used in tracking when to send out renewal notices.

Open Service Proposals
Report of service agreement proposals that have not been accepted or declined.

Expired Service Proposals
Report of service agreement proposals that have an expired date equal to or past today’s date that has not been accepted or declined.

Preventative Maintenance Schedule
Report of preventative maintenance that have been scheduled for the next 7 days.

Open Service Agreement Invoices
Report of service agreement invoices that have not been paid.
