Team Members / Activity

The "Team Members / Activity" tab offers a dedicated space to include additional team members beyond the Project Manager and Salesperson already assigned to the Project. You can easily add team members by checking the box next to their name. This section automatically populates with active users associated with the Company Corporate Division of the project. Team Members added here will be visible in Project grids like Current Opportunities and Actions to Perform, facilitating efficient filtering by individual team members as needed.

Additionally, within the "User Activity" section, you have the capability to access a Project activity report. This feature allows you to review a log of who has accessed the selected Project, when they accessed it, the duration of their activity, the device used, and other pertinent details. This reporting functionality enhances project oversight and accountability.
