You must have the appropriate permissions to access the Final Profit details for a project.

Key Components:

  1. Income: Includes all customer invoices added to an order.

  2. Expenses: Encompasses all vendor bills added to an order.

  3. Time Sheet Details: Includes all time entries recorded against an order.

  4. Commissions: Reflects all commissions scheduled against an order.

  5. Action Item Cost: Tracks the time associated with Action Items. This will only apply as a Commissionable Cost if the Action Item is set up to be commissionable. Typically, this is for informational purposes to see all costs related to an order.

  6. Labor Cost: If timesheets are entered and applied as cost, these will be reflected here. If your database settings are configured to apply all Labor Costs as Actual Cost, this will occur automatically. Exception: If you enter time as a total rather than time in/time out, you will need to manually instruct the system to apply it as a Labor Cost.

  7. Employee Cost: If an employee has a Pay Schedule set up, all project activity is tracked here and will apply as an Employee Cost. This is usually for informational purposes to show all costs associated with an order.

  8. Journal Cost: Includes all journal entries made against an order.

  9. QB Account Postings: Displays postings sent to QuickBooks.

Tips:

  • You can switch the "All Customer Orders" dropdown to a specific order if you want to analyze on a per-order basis. Otherwise, by default, it will show ALL orders.

  • You can also print a Project Final P&L Report using the “Print” button.
