Located in the User Settings from the Tools menu on the Top Main Toolbar or from the Options menu on the top Main Toolbar in e-manage OR File > Options > Choose Implementation Calendar Filters.

Select the Configure Inst Calendar tab > Select the type from the Show This Type drop down > Assign to Calendar number > Add. You can put all types to Calendar "1" to have everything show up in one calendar or use different numbers to have multiple calendars. Close this window and open the Implementation Calendar from the Main Tool Menu.

Install Calendar Legend
Most companies set the Install Calendar legend based off Install Type but you have the option to set the color legend off of Install Division types as well. It has to be one or the other. Select one option > select the type from the drop down > choose your Backcolor & Forecolor (you must type in colors here - the drop down color selection does not work) > Add. Continue to do this for all types. Now when you add items to the calendar and select the different types it will auto-select the color code for you. This setup only needs to take place ONCE and it will apply to all schedulers calendars.
*The color legend only needs to be configured by one user (typically admin) and will apply for all users accessing the Installation calendar
