Located in the User Settings from the Tools menu on e-manage|ONE Calendar Management
Access the e-manage|ONE calendar management feature through User Settings located in the Tools menu of the Top Main Toolbar, or in alternatively through File > Options > Choose Implementation Calendar Filters from the Main Toolbar in e-manage.
There are three calendars in e-manage One: |ONE provides users with three distinct calendar options:
Personal Calendar
Installation Calendar
Service Calendar
The Installation & Service Calendars can have Users have the ability to create up to 20 different calendars for both the Installation and Service calendars each. You can have one calendar Calendars can be set up with multiple types or multiple calendars connected to users can create separate calendars for different types. You can also set Users also have the ability to customize the color for the Installation Type.
Configure Configuring the Installation Calendar Select involves navigating to the Configure Inst Calendar tab > Select , selecting the desired type from the Show This Type drop down > Assign to Calendar number > Add. You can put all types to dropdown, assigning it to a calendar number, and clicking Add. Users can choose to place all types on Calendar "1" to have everything show up in one display all events on a single calendar or use different numbers to have create multiple calendars. Close this window Once complete, save the changes and open the Implementation Calendar from the Main Tool Menu.

Install Calendar Legend
Most companies set the Install Calendar legend based off Install Type but you have the option to set the color legend off of Install Division types as well. It has to be one or the other. Select one option > select the type from the drop down > choose your Backcolor & Forecolor (you must type in colors here - the drop down color selection does not work) > Add. Continue to do this for all types. Now when you add items to the calendar and select the different types it will auto-select the color code for you. This setup only needs to take place ONCE and it will apply to all schedulers calendars.
