You can To complete a Project within the Project window in project in e-manage|ONE, open the Project and select “Complete This Project” on the upper Actions toolbar or right click within any grid to access the shortcut menu to select Actions > Complete this Project.

Typically, a Project is project should be marked as complete after the Project is 100% completed which is usually at only when it reaches 100% completion, which often aligns with the time of scheduling commissions. Typically paying commissions is the final step of a project as you have had time to work through This stage comes after addressing all necessary punch list items, pay all settling vendor bills, and collect collecting all receivables. This step of course can be modified dealer to dealer as necessary but is our standard recommendation.

If “Complete the Project” is greyed out, there may be orders on the project that have not been completed. Please see this section for additional details.

There is also a Order Completion level so if clarification is necessary, While the exact process may vary between dealers, this approach is our recommended standard.

If you encounter a pop-up message stating incomplete orders, it signifies that some orders are not yet finished. See here for additional information on Completing Orders. This will ensure all of the proper steps are completed previous to completing the project which is the final step in the Project life cycle.

Note that if the "Complete This Project" option appears grayed out, it indicates that you lack the necessary rights to complete projects. In such cases, approach your Administrator to grant you the "Can Complete Projects" user right.
