To complete a project in e-manage|ONE, open the Project and select “Complete This Project” on the upper Actions toolbar.
Typically, a project should be marked as complete only when it reaches 100% completion, which often aligns with the time of scheduling commissions. This stage comes after addressing all necessary punch list items, settling vendor bills, and collecting all receivables. While the exact process may vary between dealers, this approach is our recommended standard.
If you encounter a pop-up message stating incomplete orders, it signifies that some orders are not yet finished. See here for additional information on Completing Orders. This will ensure all of the proper steps are completed previous to completing the project which is the final step in the Project life cycle.
Ensuring all necessary steps are completed before concluding the project is essential in its life cycle.
Note that if the "Complete This Project" option appears grayed out, it indicates that you lack the necessary rights to complete projects. In such cases, approach your Administrator to grant you the "Can Complete Projects" user right.
