Quote Missing in Quotes TabIf you

don't see your quote Sometimes, your quotes might not appear in the Quotes tab. Here's how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

  1. Missing Quotes Due to a Filter:

If your quote is not visible in the Quotes tab, it could might be because there is a filter on is applied to the "Valid" column that hides all in-valid quotes. You can always re-activate / make the quote valid again by selecting the filter icon and selecting , hiding invalid quotes. To resolve this, follow these steps:

  • Select the filter icon (usually a funnel-shaped icon).

  • Choose "Clear Filter" to remove the filter.

ReNow, re-check the "Valid" checkbox and hit press the "TAB" key on your keyboard. Now when When you flip switch between the BOM Grid and the Quotes tab you should see the quote with no , your quote should become visible without any issues.

    If you receive encounter the below error message more than likely  you do not have error message "Invalid Value of Report Parameter 'UserID'," it is likely because your company logo is not set. To do address this please , follow the instructions in the Company Logo section of the Help Guide here to set your company logo and then refresh your report.
