Troubleshooting - Quotes

Quote Missing in Quotes Tab

Sometimes, your quotes might not appear in the Quotes tab. Here's how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

  1. Missing Quotes Due to a Filter:

If your quote is not visible in the Quotes tab, it might be because a filter is applied to the "Valid" column, hiding invalid quotes. To resolve this, follow these steps:

  • Select the filter icon (usually a funnel-shaped icon).

  • Choose "Clear Filter" to remove the filter.

Now, re-check the "Valid" checkbox and press the "TAB" key on your keyboard. When you switch between the BOM Grid and the Quotes tab, your quote should become visible without any issues.

  1. Invalid Value of Report Parameter 'UserID':

If you encounter the error message "Invalid Value of Report Parameter 'UserID'," it is likely because your company logo is not set. To address this, follow the instructions in the Company Logo section of the Help Guide to set your company logo and then refresh your report. If the issue persists, please contact e-manage|ONE Support for further assistance.
