Quote Missing in Quotes Tab

If you don't see your quote in the Quotes tab it could be because there is a filter on the "Valid" column that hides all in-valid quotes. You can always re-activate / make the quote valid again by selecting the filter icon and selecting "Clear Filter".

Re-check the "Valid" checkbox and hit "TAB" on your keyboard. Now when you flip between the BOM Grid and Quotes tab you should see the quote with no issues.

"Invalid Value of Report Parameter 'UserID'."

If you receive the below error message more than likely  you do not have your company logo set. To do this please follow the instructions in the Company Logo section of the Help Guide here and refresh your report. If the issue persists please call into e-manage|ONE Support.
