Per user there are some settings you will want to configure to properly setup each machine.
Select Tools (Top Main Toolbar) > Configure User Settings
Setting E-Mail and Personal Calendar Settings
You will want to check the Integrate items if you are planning on using e-mail within e-manage which is highly recommended. You will also want to click on grey "Register" button so e-manage One knows if you are logging in on your machine so it only syncs with your outlook & calendar. Once you see a name populate to the left of clear you should be all set.

You can also set different colors for personal calendar events based on the event type. Setting the colors will do so for your entire company so this only has to be done once.
Event Sharing
Set the users that you are going to allow to Schedule for you, delete your appointments and can edit your appointments.
Setting the Map Location (Personal Settings)
Set your Map Starting Location By dragging and dropping your company from the search toolbar in the lower left-hand corner (magnifying glass). This info feeds into the web portal so you can view where your current installations are on a map.

PO / Customer Invoice Settings
You have the option to set this area up once for the entire company. By selecting "Include Salesperson Initials" this will add the Sales Reps initials to the front of the Vendor PO and Customer Invoice numbers (i.e. SP5061-1, SP5061-2, etc.). If you choose the "Prefer PM" box it will use the Project Manager's initials. If you choose "Add to End" it will add the initials to the end of the number (i.e. 5061-1SP, 5061-2SP). This makes communicating with vendors and customers easy to identify who the responsible sales rep is on the order.
