Each user has a set of rights that need to be assigned. The rights give users access to parts of e-manage and allows them to perform certain tasks. You can set these rights individually or you can create User Profiles for user groups or departments such as Sales, Accounting, Admin, etc.
Application Rights
Each user is assigned a "Rights Profile" which dictates the rights below.
Granted: 0 - All rights NOT granted to user
Number of Items located to the right - Number of Categories NOT granted
Granted: 1 - All rights that ARE granted to user
Number of Items located to the right - Number of Categories NOT granted
When you expand the granted and not granted items you will see the different categories, expand again and you will see the actual items granted and not granted to the user.

User Profiles
In the Administrator, go to Users > User Rights Profile to adjust the profiles at a global level and/or add new profiles. The changes made at this level will auto-adjust the user rights for all users connected to that profile.
You can create a new User Profile by typing in a name in the Profile drop down and saving it. After saving the name, hit the drop down to select the new profile and you can import the rights from an existing profile and modify it to your needs.

To adjust an existing Profile, hit the drop down on the Profile, select the Profile you want to adjust and make your modifications. The Save is NOT necessary when adjusting the rights in this window. Save is ONLY used for creating a new profile as explained above.
Profile Assignment
To see which profile each user is assigned to you can open an individual's user profile or see at a global level by navigating to Users > Profile Assignment. You can also change which profile a user is assigned to in this window.
