Step #1

After installing e-manage, double click on the icon. The sign in window will open. You MUST hit the "Profiles" button before putting your cursor in any of the other fields.

Select New, enter the info provided to you in the window below and click on Save and Close. If you have Laptop users or users that will be logging into e-manage in the office and remote or from outside the office you can create and save multiple profiles if they have different IP addresses.

Note

If you put your cursor in the "Username" / "Password" / or "Profiles" field before clicking the "Profiles" button you will have to force close the program from your task manager and start Step #1 over.

In the Login Window, Enter your user name & password. Select the profile in the dropdown and click on Log In.
